Terms sheet Revision 1 Counted 16 October 2026
Terms of use
This page marks one boundary: between a figure modelled here and a condition binding over there. Four stated inputs sit under every total on the site, and the document a dispute would actually turn on is the cashier’s, not this one.
1
Sums and information, no advice
Published here: information, and arithmetic done on it in the open. Not published here: advice. No total on any sheet is a recommendation that a reader take an offer up, and none is an opinion that an offer is a good one.
What a sheet does is take an advertised count, price the conditions fastened to it, and print the subtraction. Whether the remainder is worth anything is for the reader to judge, and the working is printed in full so that the judging can be done rather than borrowed.
None of it is advice about tax, about law or about money, and none of it was written with one reader’s circumstances in view. There is no account to hold here, no balance, no stake accepted and no payment processed. Accounts, balances and conditions discussed on these sheets belong to other companies entirely.
2
The inputs under every figure
Four inputs are fixed deliberately, so that one sheet does not contradict the next. A spin is valued at 10p. Reels are taken to hand back 96 per cent. Where an offer carries a turnover, 40 times is the assumption. Weighting is held at 1, which treats a staked pound as a whole pound against an obligation.
Not one of them was read off anybody’s cashier. They are stated inputs, chosen as ordinary for this part of the market, and where a sheet has to depart from one the departure is announced in the sentence that makes it. Alter an input and the total alters behind it, which is why a total here can differ from one printed elsewhere while both stay honest.
Two consequences deserve stating rather than discovering. Every total here is an average taken across a long run of play, and an average is not what anybody is paid: a reader’s own spins land above the figure or below it, more often below. And the multiple decides almost everything, since at 96 per cent a tenfold turnover leaves 60 per cent of a credit standing, twenty-five leaves nothing, and anything past twenty-five is a negative number. The derivation is at how a count is priced.
3
Whose conditions bind
The operator’s live conditions are the ones with legal effect. Where a sheet here and a cashier there disagree over an expiry, a multiple, a stake ceiling, an accepted payment method or a withdrawal floor, the cashier’s document decides, that being the document a dispute would be determined on. Read it before depositing, every time.
Nothing published here forms part of any agreement between a reader and an operator, and nothing here varies such an agreement. These sheets model kinds of condition. They do not quote a particular cashier’s terms as of today, and no sheet claims that a named operator is running a given offer at this moment.
Offers change constantly, and every element of one can move: the count, the price per spin, the turnover demanded, the games that count towards it, the window for using it, the countries it is open to, and whether it exists at all by the time a reader arrives. A figure on a sheet is dated by the counted line above its heading for exactly that reason.
4
Adults, and who checks
Gambling is for adults. Nobody under 18 should be reading these sheets, and nothing on them is intended for anybody under that age.
The checking happens at the operator and not here. Before any gambling at all, a British licensee must establish who a customer is, verifying at the least the three items the condition names, which are an address, a birth date and a name. That duty reaches bonus play, and reaches the no-prize versions of games as well as play a customer funds. This site has no means of verifying anybody’s age and makes no attempt to, which is one more reason the licence position at the far end of a link matters.
5
Links out are paid for
Offer links here are commercial. Where one is followed and an account results, a payment can reach this site from the operator or from an intermediary standing in for it, at no extra cost to the reader. That arrangement pays for the research and buys nothing else: not a position, not a figure, not a sentence. The full statement, with the test a reader can apply to it, is kept on its own sheet.
Offers reached that way hold nothing from the British register. What the absence costs a player is priced line by line under off the register.
6
What these terms leave out
A reader used to pages headed like this one will notice several standard clauses missing. There is no governing law or jurisdiction clause. There is no cap on liability, no exhaustive warranty wording, and no company name, number or registered office.
Each of those is a statement about the publisher’s own arrangements, and this page will not invent one to look complete. Where a reader needs such a detail it sits with whatever ownership information the site publishes, or comes on request through the route described at write to us. An admitted blank is a better document than a confident fabrication, and that principle runs through the whole site rather than only this page.
What can be said plainly is the limit of what is offered: these pages are published in good faith, as arithmetic on stated inputs, for information. They promise nothing and they warrant nothing, because no honest page about gambling can do either.
7
Errors, and the one subject refused
Figures published in good faith can still be wrong. A total shown to be wrong is corrected, the revision number above the heading moves, and anything computed from it is struck again. What that looks like in practice, and what a message needs to contain, is described on the correspondence sheet.
One subject gets no coverage at any length. Nothing here helps a person back to a cashier they shut themselves out of, nothing here defeats blocking software, and nothing here works around a bank’s gambling block. No mirrored address, no proxy, nothing about networks, no spare account. The protections themselves, with their limits stated, are gathered at staying in control, and that is the only use this site makes of them.
